What is the procedure & charges to get prior approval of RBI by NRIs to invest in a new forming LLP?

Can anyone tell me is there any exepmtion to a newly qualified CA w.r.t. CPE hours?
I have applied for membership in April 2013.
So will i get any exemption?

As per LLP Act 1 of the 2 designated partners should be resident of India.When i am filling Form 1 applicant partner is resident of india (already prefilled) where as in other partner residential status is not prefilled. According to the requirement i am satisfying the condition, however during check form I am getting error as kindly update residential status of partner by filing Din4. Kindly guide me is there any other means to rectify it as the partner is out of india and filing of Form1 is unnecessarily getting delayed

I Have submitted form No. 112 at the time of registration. At that time i was doing graduation in saurashtra university, now i want to switch it to IGNOU.

Can we make stop payment of challan ?

We have made online payment through state bank of india for TDS u/s 94-A instead of 94-J, we have just now done the transaction.

So is there any way that we can stop the payment ? As in site there is 24 hours time for credit to the government department.

I have cleared my CA final in July 2013 and got registered with institute as member on 23rd july 2013. I have received confirmation mail from Institute. But till date I haven't received Membership Certificate and Member I-card from institute.
I would like to know when can I expect it to be delivered to me.
Is there any need to get in touch with Institute?
