07 November 2013 if some one already started course of cs and mcom external along with articleship then will he have to surrender one course as only one course is allowed during articleship.

08 November 2013 yes legally you can choose only one course at a time with CA.If you are about to complete M.com then continue this.
Alternately,if you want to continue both courses then take a gap from articleship till you complete M.com.And start it again once you complete m.com & inform ICAI about CS then,m.com degree will also be valid.
