Can anyone tell me is there any exepmtion to a newly qualified CA w.r.t. CPE hours?
I have applied for membership in April 2013.
So will i get any exemption?

07 November 2013 CPE hrs are generally not mandatory in the first yr of membership.

But in the link you mentioned the solution doesn't explains about the exemption.

07 November 2013 As I have mentioned in my previous response that cpe hrs are not mandatory in the first yr.Otherwise there is no exemption & rest is mentioned in the link
