wat r d remedies available to a third year article who is being harassed by its employer....
work is not being allotted to the article n d article is being subject to inhuman treatment from the principal...... pls reply asap

Secondment of articleship and Industrial Training are the only remedies available for you..
You have to a secondment form (u will find it in the institute's site) n fill it in triplicate.
Get it signed by both the CA's and submit it to icai within 30 days.
