Is applicable means Where is the Companies Act 2013 new edition is available?

One of my friend has opted for industrial training and commenced the same on 15th October 2013 and he has submitted form no 104 in the same regard. Under a member of ICAI. The member is shown as REMOVED from the list of members on the website of ICAI. He has neither complied with CPE hours nor paid the membership fees. What should be the next step of my friend for registering himself as an Industrial Trainee and from the same date i.e.15th October Thanks in advance

Can a CA holding a COP enter into a partnership with non CAs for any other business/ advisory services and still continue to practice as a CA? If yes please provide details of section or whether specific approval is required from the ICAI. The authority that can grant such approval & process of obtaining the same.

Can you please clarify that contractual workers are also eligible for gratuity, in case they work continuously for five year with same contractor and same principal employer? If yes, how principal employer can make work out?

Dear Sir,

I hv resigned from last co. on 12.10.13 and my last day was 30.10.13 a notice shortfall of 11 days.

The Company is now deducting my notice shortfall from gross salary, but paying my PL's on Basic.

Kindly advice, is it applicable that the Co deducted the amt on Gross and Paid on Basic.

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHERE IT IS WRITTEN THAT NEXT MALE MEMBER OF THE FAMILY IS KARTA IN CASE DEATH OF KARTA. WHETHER IT IS WRITTEN IN THE ACT ITSELF OR IS THERE ANY JUDGEMENT?
BANK IS REFUSING TO OPEN THE HUF ACCOUNT BY SAYING THAT SENIOR MOST MEMBER IN THE FAMILY IS THE KARTA AND NOT NEXT MALE MEMBER.
PLEASE PROVIDE ME THE EVIDENCE FOR THE SAME.

I registered in my present office two months ago. After registration my auditor is scolding me very badly. He is not allowing me to write 2nd year exams of BCOM in distance mode.He did not pay me stipend also.Basing on all these reasons i want to take termination. is it possible to take termination now itself or should i wait till completion of 6 months.
