Industrial training registration issue

One of my friend has opted for industrial training and commenced the same on 15th October 2013 and he has submitted form no 104 in the same regard. Under a member of ICAI.
The member is shown as REMOVED from the list of members on the website of ICAI. He has neither complied with CPE hours nor paid the membership fees.
What should be the next step of my friend for registering himself as an Industrial Trainee and from the same date i.e.15th October

first approach the regional office of icai to check the status of the form already submitted. If the records reflected on website are correct, you may ask the Company to register you under some other CA.

He will take transfer from existing principal on the basis of Ceasing of practice by the Principal [Regulation 57(1)(a)].
