I left course in middle. now I want to start again plz help me.

During 3 years of articleship, what steps can we take as a learner to develop our practical skills in different areas(audit,taxation,laws etc) especially when articleship learning is not so satisfactory.

I had applied for ipcc both group exams but due to some personal problem i am not able to give my group 2 exams.I am not sure whether i will be able to clear my group 1 exams but i hope to get exemption in my cost and Fm paper but i have heard that in order to get exemption one needs to appear in all the papers.As i am not giving my group 2 papers ,i am afraid whether my exemption will be valid or not.please clarify my doubt.

If an Indian co. is paying fees for technical services u/s 9(1)vii) to a Non Resident co. in USA, then at what rate should TDS be deducted u/s 195?

WHILE UPDATON OF THE DSC REGISTRATION WITH MCA SITE,THE SYSTEM REQUIRES THE MOTHER'S MAIDEN NAME FOR THE COMPLETION OF DSC REGN DETAILS. PREVIOUSLY THE REGISTRATION OF DSC FOR THE SAME DIRECTOR WAS DONE BY SOMEONE ELSE AND AFTER THE EXPIRY OF OLD DSC, FOR UPDATING THE REGISTRATION DETAILS WITH NEW DSC,THE MOTHER'S MAIDEN NAME IS REQUIRED.WHAT TO DO? HOW TO UPDATE THE NEW DSC WITH MCA SITE?
