Thank you for your kind reply but sir I have already registered my articleship in September & completed GMCS in November so when I submit my GMCS certificate? Necessary to submit now?

ICAI has not made it clear what is to be done next after clearing GMCS - I as the eligibility for CA finals/IPCC is not based on completion of GMCS-I yet.
Nevertheless, no harm in sending a copy of the gmcs certificate to the articleship section of the NRO you are registered with.
