16 November 2013 I am working as article assistant in one C.A. proprietor firm our office timings are from 10.00am to 7.00pm. Which is more than 35hours weekly according to the rules of ICAI. We complaint to the sir regarding this but he ignored us by saying that in his office he will make rules. But this timing creates problems for our studies. Can we do something?

16 November 2013 well if are really constrained you may file a complaint with ICAI. but not a very strong case. ICAI normally doesnt intervene. most probably will ask you to mutually settle the matter.
