Dear Experts,

Today i.e dated 16.11.2013 I went to ICICI Bak Goregaon Aarey Road Branch for submitting Rs.38000/- Cash in that 1 note of Rs.1000/- is fake note detect by the ICICI bank machine or there system. I said return to me and I said them i will tell to people from whom i received it but bank not given me return that not and they are saying we will not give you that note or any value in your account and they seize my note.
I collect this money members from our society ant it will difficult to detect the member who has given me.

Now i am suffering a loss

I WANT TO TAKE INDUSTRIAL TRAINING. WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR IT. WHETHER TO SUMBIT ANY FORM WITH PRINCIPAL OR WHETHER TO TAKE WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM HIM OR WHAT ARE OTHER FORMS REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED.

I am working as article assistant in one C.A. proprietor firm our office timings are from 10.00am to 7.00pm. Which is more than 35hours weekly according to the rules of ICAI. We complaint to the sir regarding this but he ignored us by saying that in his office he will make rules. But this timing creates problems for our studies. Can we do something?

I have started my Articleship on 17th Feb 2012 and i had taken transfer from my 1st principal after 5 month.Then i joined other CA for my remaining Articleship.
But now my parents are transfering to native place.So i have to take transfer from my current principal and my principal is also ready to give me transfer.

Have a query regarding Section 194IA, for a property sale of value greater than 50L.

If multiple installments are being paid by a buyer to same seller in same month:
1. Is it required to fill multiple returns (Form 26QB)
2. If not, what is the payment/credit date to be mentioned in the return form?
