I have query about CAN Tax Practitioner do study of CA with their practice?

Just clarify that with some great evidence.

17 November 2013 There is no restriction for study of ca along with tax practice. However you will have to undergo articleship hence you may find difficult to devote time to your tax practice work.

20 November 2013 So far as i know, there is no restriction by ICAI after complying with some conditions. But i have heard from some source that Bar council of India do not allow a CA to Practice as advocate. I am not sure about the authenticity of such source. So you please confirm it with your regulatory authority i.e Bar Council of India before taking admission into CA.
