I have query about CAN Tax Practitioner do study of CA with their practice?

Just clarify that with some great evidence.

17 November 2013 no..you are not allowed to practice both professions.

Refer Ethical Standards Issued by Bar Council of India

17 November 2013 i am really sorry. Yes you can. but during the period of articleship you might not be allowed to continue with your legal practice or with any job with a lawyer or law firm.

Except for that there is no limitation.
