Can any one help me in applying for online withdrawl of PF amount. I hope its online now or traditional method is still followed?

A old age man wants to create a private trust for charitable purpose. Kindly provide some sample format of suitable deed for creation of same.

I have revalidated my registration number by 15 Jan 2014 by speed post(online).But now how will i check whether i am revalidated or not.I mean whether there is any site to check it?

are there any change in pan application procedure. .

"X" a indian company has tranfferd its shares to Company "Y". The purchasing company has alloted 1 shares to its Director "A" as nominee. My Question is can A sign the declaration in Form FC-TRS in the capacity of Director on behalf of Purchasing co. as well as in the capacity of a Nominee. And also tell whether more than one buyer can be disclosed in Form FC-TRS.

A Company registered and having registered office in India wants to make a payment of Professional Fees to a party in USA. The party of USA hasn't furnished PAN. What is the rate at which TDS is to be deducted?

I have two condition, please tell me in which situation there is exchange variation.

a) If i make advance payment for purchase on 14/2/2014 Rs. 10000 for assume $25 where 1$=40 and purchase is on 19/02/2014 when 1$=42. Then what will be the treatment for difference amount of Rs. 50.

b) If I make purchase on 19/02/2014 for assume $25 where 1$=42 but payment is made on 25/02/2014 for $25 where 1$=45. Then what will be the treatment for difference amount of RS. 75

I hav given my frst final attempt in Nov2013 and sent certificate of service as per original deed.....now they want to give extention to me...can they do this and the completion date date that they had entered on my certificate of service in Nov 2013 would be final date??plzz help
