I have cleared My CA and I have my membership Number.But Now I want to apply for COP.
I want to know the procedure for obtaining COP.I Know that I have to filled up Form 6 for that, but I want to know whether with this form should I also have to submit Form 117 which is for Approval of Trade Name??

And what is Form 18 which is related to registration of Firm Name?? Do I required to fill that form too???

18 February 2014 you need to file Form 117 and after receiving approval for firm name, file form 18 for registration of the same.
