i have submitted form 103 but not received confirmation letter from icai in what time duration will i receive it?

hi. I am currently doing ca article ship and as specified by the institute we can pursue only one additional course . I want to do my Bcom graduation. but I had already registered for Company secretary in January . now I want to cancel my admission to CS course , how should I do this ? Please please help

my query is about how to calculate tax of a corporative society means it is as applicable on individual or companies or there is any other criteria for this i have also search on google but no satisfaction plz clear me that how can i calculate tax for the same

We are planning to start a partnership firm in surat gujrat india and our main business is to sale textile products (readymade garment purchase and then sale + manufacture and then sale)through our website and we receive order and payment through our website and after it we delivered the goods to buyer which can be located in india or outside india.

Please suggest us what are the legal formalties and registration required to sale our product like PAN,TAN,VAT etc....


And my second question is whether we should take IEC(IMPORTER EXPORTER CODE)bacause we sale goods outside of india also if order received.

Can we apply for SSI also.

I have registered as employer thr. online registration and after finished, the ESIC website generated employer code also.

I know before online, have to file list of documents required to file with ESIC enforcement dept. Is it the same procedure after getting online. if yes,

sir i met with an accident and doc allowed me a bed rest of 3 months and i have submitted the all the documents relating to termination of articleship on ground of medical which includes application of termination, medical certificate issued by govt. hospital and OPD discharge summary but my ca refused to sign on the application i.e he refused to give a termination and allowed me leave for the 3 months but i want a termination so there is any possible chances that he grant me the termination rather than allowing leaves for the 3 months leave .I have completed 1 year and 2 months of articleship.
