after new companies act what are job and income scope for CS who has just cleared Cs professional exam?

Well, if u search jobs sites u will find the better Employer offering different packages. Yes, as per me the scope of professionals has been decreased due to implementation of Co.'s Act 2013.

Yes scope has improved for Company Secretaries. You also need to obtain membership to be appointed as CS.
