because every ca knows all the ways how this mis use can be handled

income tax is also tight regarding cash dealings so mis use chances are very low these days

01 July 2014 FOR INSTANCE :

MR. X GIVE BLACK MONEY TO MR. Y AND TAKE CHEQUE FROM THEM . MR.X SHOW THAT AS A LOAN RECEIPT.AND THUS THEY CAN TEMPORARILY CONVERT THEIR BLACK MONEY INTO WHITE.

THEN THEY AGAIN GIVE THEM A CHEQUE AS A REPAYMENT OF LOAN AND RECEIVE CASH WHICH CONVERTS WHITE TO BLACK AGAIN.

01 July 2014 then income tax dept can find out that how mr x got the black income which was given as loan to mr y then he can be cuaght
