I am pursuing CA Final. I want to register firm for providing services of accounting, TDS, ITR etc.

So, please tell me that can i do so ?? If yes, then tell me what is name of my firm end...(& Company of & associates).

If we start proprietorship firm, then registration is mandatory or not. If not, then what number is placed in invoice.

Please suggest me earlier.

AS I HAVE TRIED TO REGISTER MY DIGITAL SIGNATURE ON MCA WEBSITE IT SHOWS AN ERROR "Digital signature verification failed or your certifying authority is not trusted.Please ensure that your system settings are as per the MCA guidelines mentioned on ther poratl". After that i have checked the tools option in internet explorer tools>internet options>contents>certificates>view.The message appears on that window is "WINDOWS DOES NOT HAVE ENOUGH INFORMATION TO VERIFY THIS CERTIFICATE"

NOW PLEASE GUIDE ME WHAT TO DO?

I would like to update that as the PF ceiling has changed I want to change the break ups ( By including a variable pay but while calculating basic we will subs-tract variable from gross so that basic will come less i.e Monthly gross 30K , Variable 5K and Remaining 25K, we will calculate 40% for Basic ), Can we do that so that it will not impact much on employees take home . I took termination on 10-7-2014. I submitted form 109 immediately. I re-registered on 11-7-2014 and posted form 103 on 5-8-2014. My name has been removed from previous principal. But my name is not appearing under the status of current principal. How much time it will take for re- registration of my articles? sir when I had filled my 103 form then for 3 years of articleship which started from 20.08.2011 should be completed on 19.08.2014 but I have filled 20.08.2014 in my 103 form when my articleship started and so do institute also stamped and mentioned 20.08.2014 as completion. bt now when my articleship ended then I submitted form for comppetion in which I mentioned the completion as 20.08.2014 which was given by me previously. now when the institute sends me the completion letter they mentioned in letter that we have registered your articleship completion as on 19.08.2014. . so I want to ask that from now on I will state everywhere my articleship completion date as 19.08.2014 . means institute has in their letter mentioned the completion on 19.08.2014. so its correct na ..

Dear Experts,

Last year i paid my annual membership fee by drawing a DD in favour of ICAI and i delivered the DD at the regional office of ICAI in my area.

This time i paid the fee online (successfully through my debit card) but yesterday i received a communication that if i have paid the fee online i need to send a snapshot of the payment made alongwith Statement of Account to ICAI which should reach the institute before 30th September.

Firstly the very reason i chose online payment mode was for convenience but now this has caused me more trouble as now i have to send everythng physically by post to the institute ( not even by mail but by post.) If i made the payment and the institute's account gt credited, isnt that conclusive proof that i actually did make the payment

Could you all please provide me with the address where i need to send these physical documents? I seem to have lost the form that the institute had sent me for mkng the payment which gave the details of modes of payment available.

Hope for an early reply as time is of essence here...
