Last year i paid my annual membership fee by drawing a DD in favour of ICAI and i delivered the DD at the regional office of ICAI in my area.
This time i paid the fee online (successfully through my debit card) but yesterday i received a communication that if i have paid the fee online i need to send a snapshot of the payment made alongwith Statement of Account to ICAI which should reach the institute before 30th September.
Firstly the very reason i chose online payment mode was for convenience but now this has caused me more trouble as now i have to send everythng physically by post to the institute ( not even by mail but by post.) If i made the payment and the institute's account gt credited, isnt that conclusive proof that i actually did make the payment
Could you all please provide me with the address where i need to send these physical documents? I seem to have lost the form that the institute had sent me for mkng the payment which gave the details of modes of payment available.
Hope for an early reply as time is of essence here...

that is surprising. By any chance, did your payment got stuck? normally what you receive is an email confirmation for fee received acknowledgment over email. So kindly check that first.

No the payment was successfully made... I even received the confirmatory email from the institute but yesterday i received a letter from the institute reminding that the Annual Membership payment was due. It also stated that in case the payment was made through electronic mode, we were supposed to send a snapshot and Statement of Account so that it reaches the institute before 30th September..

I am in WIRC Zone The para in the letter states," In case the amount has already been remitted, we would request you to kindly send us the particulars of remittance by return of post to enable us to reconcile it and give due credit to your account. Members who have remitted the fees through on line payment are requested to send the screen shot of the online payment indicating therein the INTACK NO. and also the credit card statement showing the debit thereof for updation of fee entry. If you have already made the payment towards the annual membership and/ certificate of practice fees, please ignore this reminder"
Yu suggested me to call members section. pardon me but i have no idea how dats done. Is there lyk a helpline no. for the same? Kindly guide.
