Can any one provide me with the phone number of CRC ( Central Registration Center ) as we need to urgently follow up the status of a resubmitted INC-1 form (filed on 28.04.2016 ).

Since 28th, the status is showing as " pending for approval".

We have even called up to the phone number (0124-2640000 ) which is given on the website of
( IICA )-- "Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs" wherein the CRC office is situated. But they told us that CRC is situated in the 5th floor & currently CRC is not providing any contact details to them.

Therefore, if any one of you have the contact number/s of CRC then kindly provide it to me.

We want to start a proprietorship firm in the name of Pickherbal. My query is whether the proprietorship can be start with HUF as a proprietor? if Yes, then PAN Card has to be in the name of HUF? and Bank account is to be open in the name of Proprietor i.e. HUF or in the name of Pickherbal?

When IRDA has made mandatory to mention name of nominee ( either minor or major) in all life insurance policies , In case of life insurance policies as proposed by HUF ( considered being as an entity not a different person, as per IT act and rules) through its Karta, query is Why all life insurance companies, are declining to mention name of nominees (though mentioned by proposer -Karta of HUF in proposal form) in the Insurance policy.
