Students who do not possess the specified practical experience are required to undergo on the job training for a period of fifteen months in recognised companies or under a Company Secretary in Practice duly approved for the purpose.

I don't understand the specific practical Experience

How can one get this exemption if any provided by the icsi

Statutory Compliances for Firm doing business of buying & selling of spare parts and accessories :

A Firm proposes to carry on the business of Two Wheeler Automobiles in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Firm shall do the following activity : Buy and sell spare parts and accessories for Two Wheelers.

What are the statutory compliances to be followed by the Firm for the activity as stated above ?
