18 September 2009 Hi,
i am currently doin my P.C.C my attempt is in MAY-10,also its my B.com last year. i am planning to do C.S (company secretary) after my T.Y.and P.C.C can any one guide me with the below mentioned queries.

1- Do i need to giv CS foundation if i clear my P.C.C. and T.Y ?
2- wud i get any waiver in any subject in CS foundation and CS inter?
3- Do i have to undergo articleship for C.S.,if yes then for what time?

18 September 2009 No u don't have to give foundation after T.Y.

18 September 2009 If you complete your B.Com then you can take direct executive and no exemption in the papers from ca to cs..if you done mcom mba or cwa then you will get exemptions..All the best
