I am appearing in CS Foundation in december 2009 I want to ask that I have send response sheets on 18/8/2009 but no reply has come yet from the ICSI and last date of submission of exam form is 25 September .
Please tell me what can i do!!!!!!!!!

Please suggest if any law compels a company to pay leave encashment to any employee resigning in his/her probation period.
Further if employee is required to serve the notice period after he resigns, then can balance leave entitlement(CL, SL, PL) be adjusted against notice period days.

In case of Private Company if a Director is appointed in 2004 and he submits his DIN2 during the current period, then is there any penalty to be paid by Director or Company.

1.When the pf and esi registration is required?

2.What are the due dates of pf and esi for deposit?

3.When the return of pf and esi is to be submitted?

4.Is the employer share fix at 12%, can he contribute some more?

5.Is the employee share also same at 12%?

6.What is the esi share of both empoyer and employee?

7.What are the acount share (like 21,20 etc.) in pf return?

Mr Z has taken a home loan @11% three years back.
Now he wants to repay them .
for this purpose he has an option of taking a loan from a person whom he doesn't know much about.
my question is should he opt for this? if yes, then what is the procedure for taking this loan?
