My Company has engaged contract labourers from contractor who supplys labourers. The contractor provides 3-4 workers daily. But Company has not made any contract or agreement with the contractor.
When should agreement be made? Is there any limit?

My company has made contract with contractor for supply of labour. The agreement is made on 16th Feb.2010. The date on stamp paper is also 16th Feb,2010. And the contract is made with effect from 1st Feb. 2010 for the period 1-02-2010 to 31-01-2011.
Is the agreement made is correct? Is there any problem? Please reply me urgently

1. WHETHER THE BASIC LIMIT APPLICABLE FOR PROVIDENT FUND rS.6500 REMAINED SAME OR INCREASED;

2. WHETHER PROVIDENT FUND IS TO BE DEDUCTED ON BASIC SALARY ONLY OR ON TOTAL SALARY INCLUDING ALL TYPES OF ALLOWANCES; WHAT ABOUT MINIMUM WAGES APPLICABILITY;

3. CAN AN EMPLOYEE CONTRIBUTE TO PF EVEN AFTER HIS AGE COMPLETED 58 IF HE CONTINUES TO BE IN SERVICE;

can I use "India" word in my firms name ? .. like: India Sales Corporation or india Sales or Amar India... ? its a small prop. trading or sales firm.
