Contract for supply of labour

15 May 2010 My company has made contract with contractor for supply of labour. The agreement is made on 16th Feb.2010. The date on stamp paper is also 16th Feb,2010. And the contract is made with effect from 1st Feb. 2010 for the period 1-02-2010 to 31-01-2011.
Is the agreement made is correct? Is there any problem? Please reply me urgently

16 May 2010 Yes, agreement is correct. But the date of signing the agreement should be on or after the date of purchase of the stamp paper.
