15 May 2010 1. WHETHER THE BASIC LIMIT APPLICABLE FOR PROVIDENT FUND rS.6500 REMAINED SAME OR INCREASED;

2. WHETHER PROVIDENT FUND IS TO BE DEDUCTED ON BASIC SALARY ONLY OR ON TOTAL SALARY INCLUDING ALL TYPES OF ALLOWANCES; WHAT ABOUT MINIMUM WAGES APPLICABILITY;

3. CAN AN EMPLOYEE CONTRIBUTE TO PF EVEN AFTER HIS AGE COMPLETED 58 IF HE CONTINUES TO BE IN SERVICE;
