my friend established new NGO,he have certain queries regarding his new NGO,in NEW DELHI
1.WHAT ACCOUNTS ARE REQUIRED TO BE PREPARED?
2.WHO SHOULD SUPPORT NEW N.G.O. REGARDING FUND AND OTHER SERVICES? I MEAN WHERE HE SHOULD APPLY FOR THIS PURPOSE??????

All the accounts required to be prepared. He can prepare the same in Tally. Only instead of P&L he has to prepare the I&E.
FOr the funds either he should arrange it through donations or private or Govt. Support can be looked.
He can apply to Income Tax for 80G certificate, if he fits to that requirmetn.
