I am having pvt ltd company and one of my Dir was looking after it, now he is missing and the procedure is pending in all matters. what can i do? Shall i remove him.No shares has been aloted to him.Can i know my company details online or how? list of directors,shares aloted,procedue for removal.pl advice

What is procedure of VPF?
How much contribute in VPF for employee?
Employer can contribute in VPF if yes how much?
VPF procedure is same as PPF?

Actually our Office is think about VPF. first
we think EPF but employees is less than 20. So good ideas is VPF suggested by my friend.

I'm starting CA Final after a long gap & I've to start from scratch. As i'm in job I cant give much time. I want coaching for DT. Somebody Pls tell abt SATISH MANGAL CLASSES at ITO.
Alternatively I'm thinking of GIRISH AHUJA SIR satellite classes but people say that he teaches very fast. Educomp people also are not clearly able to say in how many classes or up to what time classes will be over. I want to complete max. upto Mid Sep.
