12 May 2010 sir i want to ask that whether i can become prop. of 1 firm and partner of another firm at same time?
Is there any complication?

12 May 2010 Yes you can. But in case of partnership firm, you can not hold full time basis.

13 May 2010 sir my purpose behind entering into another partnership firm is to get bank audit. whether i will be alloted bank audits?
my other partner will be full time in that firm. but the volume of work will be less in that firm
plz clarify in detail

13 May 2010 For getting bank audit under the firm name, if the no. of partners is the concern then, definitely it will help.
