dear Sir,
I am having pvt ltd company and one of my Dir was looking after it, now he is missing and the procedure is pending in all matters. what can i do? Shall i remove him.No shares has been aloted to him.Can i know my company details online or how? list of directors,shares aloted,procedue for removal.pl advice
