ihave joined in the year 01-01-2009 i have been provided with lta but i have not claimed,i would like to claim lta for jan-dec2009 as well as jan-dec2010.i would like to know i am entitled to claim and what should be my lta travel or journy bill date should be,because i would like to take a bill from the travels and produce to my company

Claiming LTA depends upon the employer rules.
You dont need to produce or give any documents to anyone.. If at anytime assessment comes than you are required to provided documents...
