What is the Cretirea for Calculating Basci salary, DA, HRA and Allowance.

It is based on company policy. examples. you can keep 50 % or 40 % on Gross salary as Basic and 40 % or 50 % on Basic keep HRA and DA and other allowances can keep up to the limit of tax exemption
