I wanted to know on what basis can we take a transfer while doing articleship.... i am currently in mysore and wish to move to bangalore.....

As i know there is limit of 45 tax audits for every CA. I want to know if there is any limit on no. of VAT audits which CA can do.
my reference is to VAT 20 in nov. which a CA has to attest if sale exceeds 50 lacs.
Is there any restriction on them??

2.Who can be chairman of the Audit Committeee? whether Criminal Lawyer (Consultant of the listed Company) be as Chairman of the Audit Committee Meetings?

3.Whether Report on Corporate Governance should be filed compulsorily to SEBI or not? if yes then how much penalty on the same if not filed within time?
