For applying IE code Director photo is mandatory to attach with application
Generally DD favg the Joint DGFT with Judristriction so please find your DGFT judristriction and take the DD

Four photographs of the Managing Director is required. One to be affixed in ANF2A. Second one to be pasted in bank certicate. Third to be affixed in the IEC certificate. Fourth may be for DGFT office copy.
