10 May 2010 Dealer means the dealer register under CST act. a person who wants to do the inter state sale or purchase for availing the concessional rate of CST, need to be register under CST

10 May 2010 Yes.correct the Purchase means the purchase of goods from the outside the state. a CST register delear has to register under CST for getting cocessional rate of CST on purchase, if he is not register under CST he need to pay local VAT rate
