Is it allowed for a chartered accountant to enter into partnership with Company Secretary,or C.W.A or Advocate.. ??
I heard that now it is allowed to
enter into a multidisciplinary service providing partnership between C.A, C.S, C.W.A, or Advocate.
Is there any amendment about this..??
Please guide me or give me some source or reference to know about the issue..

As per CA regulation a chartered Accountants can not advertise him self, in this situation what are the means thorugh which he will get his client,with in the perview of CA act and regulation.

There is a firm which is into real estate sector of buying land and making multistorey buildings out of it.It generates its capital by taking money from investors,who act like partners in the project sharing profits of that project.Now the company has multiple projects involving many different investors for each project taken up by them,some of them being common investors.Can firm induct investors as their partners or how else can we show it in such a way that investments come up like investments of the firm in its balance sheet.please advise on the same asap....
