Hi, I am working in a PSU. Is it possible for me to apply/hold a COP(Certificate of Practice).
I don't mind even if does not allow me to attest certificates.

COP is not allowed with full time employment.

BY PART TIME COP , YOU CAN ONE BENEFIT , YOU WILL BE FCA AFTER 5 YEARS.

I think you can apply for COP but you cannot do it along with the job

but my dear friend ICAI allows FCA after 5 years even he/she in a employment/job.
