We have incorporated Pvt.Ltd.co. as per Registrar of company Act’1956 and have 4 director.
We have coconut manufacturing company. We are establishing the new company which is related to I.T. Sector. However I want to know whether we can change our existing company name, object of business, Director etc. as per Registrar of Company Act’1956.
Please tell me the procedure.
Which documentation we should submitted regarding the new business.
Whether we should change the MOA, AOA (Procedure).

I want to clarify one doubt regarding PF & ESI Registration. i.e.
1.Should we considered while calculating the no of person, when register with ESI if any person get more than Rs.15000?

2.Should we considered while calculating the no of person, when register with PF if any person get more than Rs.6500 as basic pay?
