08 August 2010 Sir,i am student of PCC. I give 3 attempts.. I clear my 1st group but every time I failed in 2nd Group becoz of Costing,FM. Plz help me to clear this subject. I give my best in may10 and i expect 50marks but got 20marks.. Plz help me about how to prepare this subject.. Plzzz help..

08 August 2010 costing & FM is a practical subjects, if you want to get expertise in cost,fm then you should do practical problems. conceptual clarity is must for getting good marks in practical subject.

Conceptual clarity is a must to qualify CA exams.

Till graduation; if you write something in line with the required answer and something which shows you are confused; still marks are allotted in most of the cases looking the fact that you have attempted the question.

This is not allowed in CA.

You cannot use confusing language to qualify CA.

From your marks; it is sure that you lack in conceptual clarity.

Read theory part very carefully.

After reading some paras; analyze in your own ways to understand the theme behind the material.

If possible; after reading the para; assume some figures and have more clarity. This will increase your accuracy and speed while solving examples.

If answer in examples are altogether different than you solve; you will be able to check your conceptual clarity.

08 August 2010 Thanks Sir 4 the reply.. But my main problem is how to attempt questions in exam because I didnt know all answers of a theory ques and practical problems given in paper are not solved properly..
