How to know complete Info about a NGO

I was forced to join as a member of a NGO 2 years back. Just I did signed on papers to join as a member. And now I want to cancel my membership from that organization.

Unfortunately I was not aware of the details of the organization. i.e whether it is a trust or socitey or section25 company.

The organization people are not at all cooperating with me to share the details.

Any way I want to cancel my membership from that organization.

Only thing I know about the organization is the name and period of registration.

Can anyone help me regarding the issue.

I applied the IPCC Nov 2010 exam form online and I have downloaded the online hall ticket and taken the print out as well. However I have not got the original hall ticket through post.

What should i do now? Can I carry the online hall ticket in the exam hall or do I have to get it attested from the Institute or a CA?

I just have query that once I became CA, I like to practice. If I have clients then only I can run my office without clients it impossible so, How to Create/improve number of clients in begging time of business.

My sister's pension is pending as she is unable to open a pension a/c along with her son, who is employed in Dubai. Presently he is unable to come down just to open a bank a/c.My query is:
1. Is it absolutely mandatory for him to have a joint account to enable his mother to draw pension?
2. Is there any deviation for such cases?

If a C.A. wants to get registered in some survey company, as a part time job, and get paid for the surveys he takes, is there any requirement from the C.A. regulatation point of view. Does it require to inform the Institute. Also, would such survey income would be taxed under Income from Other sources at normal rates?

whether a Chartered accountant holding COP can show services provided by him on his visiting Card/ sign board of office/ letter heads. For example a CA shows following line in his visiting card/ sign bord / letterhead-
services provided: Income Tax, Accounting, Auditing, service Tax

whether a CA do this or it amounts to misconduct ?
