I am ca final student.i want to know the criteria of icai in awarding marks in ca final and also mainly in auditing.Even though i put best efforts in that i can't get good marks.

suppose i took a loan of200000/- for 5 yrs and EMI4055 per month (interest +principal) in flat interest rate of 8% . After 2 yrs i want to give more amount as EMI. say6000/- . Is it possible? If yes, How every thing will be recalculated.

Sir I am from orissa. we are a partnership firm dealing in sale of musical equipment & instruments which we purchase from kolkata. we are processing the acquisition of TIN & CST number. our lawyer says that we will also get a way bill number with which we will nt need to make way bills each time we purchase goods for resale from kolkata. But our supplier in kolkata says that he is not aware of such a provision. Sir, please throw some light on this matter

Please advice about calculation of short term and long term capital gain on residential property and rate of tax there of and an option to save the tax and time frame for new investment in residential property.
