Depending upon the project cost it will be classified as Micro, Small or Medium Enterprise. You will have to consider following things while setting up the unit,
-Registration with DIC (provisional and Permanent)
-Consents from Pollution Department (both to establish and to operate)
-Food and Drug department
In our opinion it will also qualify for subsidy.
