Please advice about calculation of short term and long term capital gain on residential property and rate of tax there of and an option to save the tax and time frame for new investment in residential property.

I have scored 64 marks in Economics (ie Group II paper) in other sub for the same group i got 46 in Sebi and 34 in Company law

So i am going to give exam in June 2011 for two sub....so wat would be my passing marks...90 or 100????

I have got Exemption in Accounts by institute as i have done my Mcom....dis time in dat group i got 85 and i faile.....i jst wanted to knw dat wat wd b passing marks for me 90 or 100????

And i wanted to knw till wat attempt i can carry forward dis marks????

i want to ask if any ICAI person misuses his position, then what action can be taken against him .what procedure i need to follow. plz note tht i dont want to involve any1 in this matter except me ..in short only i should bear the consequences , if they occur .
