How a company can be associated with ICSI to impart 15/3 months training. What are the requirements other than a company should have paid up capital of Rs. 50 Lacs. Can a private limited company who does not have full time CS in employement be associate with ICSI. Please clarify in detail.

I have scored 64 marks in Economics (ie Group II paper) in other sub for the same group i got 46 in Sebi and 34 in Company law

So i am going to give exam in June 2011 for two sub....so wat would be my passing marks...90 or 100????

I have got Exemption in Accounts by institute as i have done my Mcom....dis time in dat group i got 85 and i faile.....i jst wanted to knw dat wat wd b passing marks for me 90 or 100????

And i wanted to knw till wat attempt i can carry forward dis marks????

i hv completed 4 months of articleship Trainning.Now I want 2 take Transfer to another Firm , bt My Principle is Not Ready 2 Give Tansfer. Principle is Saying Tht it is not Firm's Policy....now wt shd i do, i want to take transfer and the firm will also not allow me for Industrial Trainning in the Last Year...:(
