A public limited company wants start the lending against gold. whether it would come under NBFC. company is not accepting and deposit from the public

Please advise me on IEC.

ABC Private Limited in Chennai, proposes to have IEC registration.

Company has two directors and both are in abroad.

The two directors have appointed Alternate Directors to act on their behalf.

Now, how do we execute the documents for IEC registration especially signing the application including the bank letter with attestation.

I have no clarity on the above query and hence, would request you to share your valuable experience.

Hi, Whenever I take print outs of any ledgers, vouchers or invoices in Tally 7.2, it doesn't show up our company name on the top of the printsouts. It just shows the contents. I know there is one option called "Titling" where we have to select "Print with company name" but it doesn't work out here. It still prints without company name. Could someone help me out with this, please?

After a NRI PPF account matures, can the balance be left in it without further deposits till it is needed?
If so, will it continue to earn interest at the PPF rate till it is withdrawn.
