My Son had formed propertorship CA firm with name Vishwanath & company I want to know on letter head, stamp, Bank A/c etc he have to write Vishwanath & co. or Vishwanath & Company between these two which is correct in law & normally prevail in market

Vishwanath & co would b the suitable one nd most previlant. Even company could b suffixed. No problms or violation of ethics. As it is a partnership firm
