15 March 2011 Dear Friends / Experts,

Please advise me on IEC.

ABC Private Limited in Chennai, proposes to have IEC registration.

Company has two directors and both are in abroad.

The two directors have appointed Alternate Directors to act on their behalf.

Now, how do we execute the documents for IEC registration especially signing the application including the bank letter with attestation.

I have no clarity on the above query and hence, would request you to share your valuable experience.
