this hiren parmar just a b.com pass and haveing 12 year experience in accounts now my question to all my member who feel that they can solve my problem the problem is i got only 46% in t.y.b.com in the year 1999 now after such a long time i want to go future study and i want to become a C.A. is it possible if yes then how and if no why no can any one give me proper answer

The firm in which i m doing articleship, i m not getting good exposure althogh it is good for studies it adjusts college and and classes timings but exposure is less. So what should i do? Should i take transfer? I want to learn merger and acquisition, project finance, transfer pricing.

01: what is time frame for winding up of the pvt. ltd. company takes, to be completed.
02: From which date it is considered that due to non functioning of the company it has to be closed/windup? Is it the Incorporation date of the company or any thing else?
03: where to file the case for winding up, is it on M.C.A. portal?

I have done B.com and P.G.D.B.A.- Finance management from S.C.D.L, Distance Learning Program me . I have no practical and work experience in accounts and finance.I am looking for a job. Can you advise me what jobs can I look for and my age is early thirties.Shall I Learn Accounts with Tally under Chartered Accountant's Firms and then look for accounting related job ? OR Shall I join any job on the basis of my qualification ? My difficulties are no practical experience, age and no work experience. Please Help me

We have dealing with work order contract. For running bills, payment is made against our system generated bills, on that contractor put his seal signature, our Engineer also put signature. This system generated bill is consist of this,uptodate and prevoius quantity and amount respectively.
We are deducting TDS and WCT.
Contractor is not submitting his valid Tax/Service Tax invoice. So I want ask under which law I can ask for valid Tax invoice and what are the benefits for asking Valid tax Invoice.

A Company which had taken the 3 months extension for filing balance sheet with ROC as per which it was required to file balance sheet for fifteen months but by mistake the company has filed the Balance sheet for 12 months only with form 23AC & 23ACA which also got the approval. the company wish to rectify this committed mistake and wants to get the filed form cancelled and wish to file balance sheet for 15 months. is there anyway to get this query solved. need your expert guidance. what steps should be taken to resolve this query
