01: what is time frame for winding up of the pvt. ltd. company takes, to be completed.
02: From which date it is considered that due to non functioning of the company it has to be closed/windup? Is it the Incorporation date of the company or any thing else?
03: where to file the case for winding up, is it on M.C.A. portal?

25 July 2011 Ministry of corporate affairs has introduced a winding up scheme for defunct companies called ' fast track exit mode' vide general cicrular number 36/2011 dated June 7,2011. Pl see the referred circular in www.mca.gov.in for the called in details.
