As i am newly qualified CA,completed my articleship & also GMCS course,now waiting for my ORIGINAL MARKSHEET & CERTIFICATE,& want to apply for Membership number at ICAI ,what is the procedure to be followed for this ?

dear expert,

i want to know why there is so much of importance being given to number of attempts in clearing an exam???
is it written anywhere like in result or otherwise that a student has cleared an exam in more no. of attempts??
i gave ipcc(first attempt) group 1 only in may 2011 and give group 2 in nov 2011.will it be considered a case of clearing the exam in 2 attempts??

IF I ENTER THE ROC NUMBER AND CIN NUMBER THEN HOW CAN I GET THE COMPANY ALL THE INFORMATION INCLUDING TURNOVER .I NEED THAT WEBSITE.

What is Local Body Tax(LBT)? Pls provide me information regarding the same.

We have received an order in foreign currency.

We will be delivering the goods to a place within india.
invoice will be raised to the foreign customer, but delivery will be made to a local customer as per arrangement.
payment will be received in foreign currency.

is it possible to make a sale like this?

Goods will not move out of india. pls quote circular/notification if applciable.

hi i i have completed b.com but i m working now in a different field since 3 years i.e technical but right now i want to move my academic background for a long life n gud career so frds any one of u can u tell me please if i will choose CS it would be better result or not for my career

this hiren parmar just a b.com pass and haveing 12 year experience in accounts now my question to all my member who feel that they can solve my problem the problem is i got only 46% in t.y.b.com in the year 1999 now after such a long time i want to go future study and i want to become a C.A. is it possible if yes then how and if no why no can any one give me proper answer
