27 July 2011 To deposit TDS online you need to have access to net banking facility.

Then go to following link---

https://onlineservices.tin.nsdl.com/etaxnew/tdsnontds.jsp

and fill ITNS 281. Then it will redirect you to bank site. After logging in to your net banking account and by mentioning transaction password you will be able to pay online and generate challan.
